Mr. Shenoy has received several scholarships from various Foreign governments and has in 2004, obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade Law from the University Institute of European Studies and the Training Centre of the International Labour Organization; in 2005, an LL.M in Intellectual Property Laws from the University of Turin, Italy and the World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva; In 2006, a Post Graduate Diploma in Economic Law and Competition in European Union from the University Institute of European Studies and Centre for Studies on Federalism.
Mr. Shenoy interned with the United Nations Interregional Crime & Justice Research Institute and has worked as an In-house Counsel with some Fortune 500 Companies like Computer Associates, British Telecom and Larsen & Toubro.
Mr. Shenoy is a voracious writer and has authored Biodiversity - Law & Practice, the only commentary available on the Biological Diversity Act, 2002. He has co-authored the book "Modern Concepts in Company Law. He has several publications in International and National Journals.
